1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk899 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk899 website, mobile application, or any related services. By completing the pk899 registration process, by clicking to accept these Terms during registration, or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pk899.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

pk899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification

Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.4 KYC Verification

4.2 Deposits

All deposits made to your pk899 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pk899 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any registered player may request the closure of their pk899 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@pk899.bet. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, pk899 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding disputes exist. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension by pk899

pk899 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk899 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

10 Amendments to These Terms

pk899 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Where a material change is made — such as a change to withdrawal processing times, wagering requirements applicable to existing bonuses, or the introduction of new prohibited conduct categories — pk899 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the pk899 platform after an amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of pk899 that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
